We stayed at Luke's place for a weekend getaway in Bentonville. The location alone is worth the price. We could get to downtown in five minutes and the new bike park in about 10 minutes. Sidewalks and biking trails are feet away from the house. Airship Coffee is about a 15 minute walk from the house or few minute drive. The back deck is adorable and if wasn't a sweltering weekend, it would have been a peaceful place to hang out. Our dog enjoyed the stay too. The AC kept him cool while we were out adventuring.

Luke was a great host! He allowed a same day booking because the other I booked wasn't right for me. The place is very cool and modern with private outdoor are. Also only a few min to downtown. Great spot, looking forward to going back!

Paid over $260 for 1 night thinking this was going to be a nice getaway/date night. Toilet was dirty upon arrival. My boyfriend had to clean the toilet with hand sanitizer and toilet paper because there were no cleaning supplies available. We went to get in bed and the sheets and comforter were stained. The host said we could get clean sheets out of a shed on the property (which we did). We stripped the bed and the mattress cover was also dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. There was trash from the previous guest’s takeout in the dresser drawer. We wish we had stayed in a hotel.

Great place! We were looking for something with short notice and Luke’s spot happened to be available. Much less expensive than the downtown hotels and great setting! We’ll be back.
