The fourth sleeping space is a flexible den with a comfortable futon couch that converts into a bed—ideal for extra guests or cozy movie nights.

The chef’s kitchen is a standout, equipped with custom appliances, a gas range, and everything you need to cook—from sharp knives to a blender and bakeware. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, perfect for shared meals or game nights. Just off the dining space is a cozy den with a smart TV and plush seating, providing an inviting space to relax and stream your favorite shows. Every corner of the home is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style.

For storing bikes, the back yard has a common way alley to access the back yard and there is a small storage shed to put bikes in and lock up.

Cute & cozy house. Was very hot inside when we arrived 78° (I understand summer) but then cooled down finally after a few hours. Unfortunately, flies were present throughout the house when we arrived. The beds were very cozy & we did enjoy our stay…just a few minor issues that we resolved. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. The location was excellent close to downtown, the bike trails, Crystal Bridges, restaurants, and art galleries. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, a great place to stay and a perfect home base for enjoying the city. Absolutely loved our stay! This is one of our favorite Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The mattress was amazing—we all slept so well, which is rare in a rental! The location was perfect: quiet, walkable, and close to everything Bentonville has to offer. We especially loved being able to securely store our bikes and then easily hop on and ride around town and the trails. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. Luke was also a fantastic host—he was very quick to respond to any questions and made everything easy from start to finish. One of those rare Airbnbs that’s even better in person than in the photos. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, beautiful home, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all that is downtown Bentonville; Crystal Bridges, the Amazeum, the Square, all the restaurants & coffee shops. Easy ride to Coler Preserve, Slaughter Pen, and the Greenway! Luke was a great host, responsive, even came thru finding the stuffed animal our granddaughter left behind. Would recommend for your next trip to NWA!

The host was very quick to respond to our inquiries prior to arrival. The property was clean, spacious and inviting. From the furnishings, especially in the kitchen, it seemed that our host had anticipated every need of every guest. We would definitely stay at this property in the future. The location was within easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions.

We had a little mother daughter staycation and it the house was perfect. It was very comfy and cozy. We walked everywhere. The street was quiet and lovely. Kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. Will recommend to everyone coming to town.
