Enjoyed our stay here….Everything was good! The loft was very clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen had what we needed for our stay. Bathrooms were nice but on the smaller side. Den area had plenty of comfortable seating. Being able to park our vehicle in the garage was an added bonus. There were two staircases to climb up and down in the loft….just a note for those who are older or travel with heavy suitcases! The location was convenient to many good restaurants and local attractions, some only a 10 minute walk away! There was some new construction going on near us, but it never really bothered us….Would definitely stay here again!

Our day went well.. It was nice to be able to park in the garage and the Home was well decorated and located between the Momentary and Crystal Bridges, which was nice.. there was a very nice trail nearby. We weren’t thinking too well when we chose Luke’s place , because the stairs were a bit much for these 80 year olds. No fault of Luke’s.

This place looked nearly brand new, was spotless, had everything we needed and was very close to downtown Bentonville and most of the main attractions in town. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4th of July weekend.

Luke’s place was great for our needs. Wasn’t sure about access to the garage as only private parking was listed, but figured it out. Was directed to a digital handbook for the house but couldn’t find an access to that in the info inside the house. Future renters should note there are two staircases to the living areas. We also noted that the door from the garage to the unit could not be locked upon leaving as could only unlock with a key. Luke might want to consider putting up a note by that door or putting a code lock on that door also. Otherwise renters could accidentally get locked out.

We loved staying at Luke's townhome. The location was very walkable to downtown Bentonville...11 minutes of gentle meandering to restaurants and bars. There was plenty of room for our group, and the townhome was comfortable. We look forward to staying in this location again! Luke is very responsive, and was flexible when our last-minute plans changed. Great host!!!
