Overall a great experience. A couple of small things. No dryer sheets were provided. Ran out of trash bags. The gas grill would not ignite and was in need of a cleaning, so we could not grill the food that we brought.

Luke was a very responsive host. He helped with local recommendations and a smooth check in process. This was perfect for our large group. We would stay here again!

The house location was great. The house itself was also very nice. We got luke warm showers everyday though. When we reached out to Luke he indicated that he could not turn the temperature up for safety reasons. If only one shower was on then you would get a few minutes of hot water in the primary shower. If more than one person was showering it was luke warm. We have stayed in Bella Vista for the last four years and we have never had this problem. And for context, we have also always received excellent reviews from our hosts. Also, towels were at a minimum. One of the two primary bath towels was hard/really old (like a garage towel) and had a large tear in it. None of the towels matched in color. When you are paying for a high end place to stay, the details matter. Again though, the house was very nice and the location was great.

Great place, very pretty location, only issues was the garbage bin was already packed full so we had nowhere to put our trash. The primary suite had a King bed that was actually two twins which created a large hump in the middle. All that being said it was a nice place and I would rent again.
