Communication with hosts was effortless. They are very responsive. The house is as described in the listing. Comfortable home with appropriate appointments for a lake house. Kitchen is small so not a gathering place like you find around a large kitchen island but worked OK for us. Large dining room table seats twelve. Multiple decks / patios each with a view allowing for small groups, outdoor dining and quiet spaces. Kitchen is adequately appointed with dishware, utensils, pots and pans and coffee pot. Large multi-compartment refrigerator and induction stove top were nice appliances. Patio grill and propane were great to have. The fire pit was a hit with its comfortable chairs. Great to have the fire starter and wood readily available. The walk down and back to the water is easily managed with good footing on the side walk. The perfect place for a family gathering at the lake.
