This thoughtfully designed lakefront home offers a spacious and comfortable layout ideal for a relaxing getaway. The large living room features a wood-burning fireplace, expansive windows that flood the space with natural light, and beautiful lake views. A queen Tempur-Pedic pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, while the wet bar with a mini fridge is perfect for drinks and entertaining. The bedroom is generously sized and designed for comfort, with convenient access to a full bathroom.

Little House is set on a secluded, private, and very safe 50-acre gated property, with fencing surrounding most of the acreage. The home sits at the end of a half-mile concrete driveway, offering peace and privacy. Outside, guests can enjoy the outdoor seating area and propane grill—ideal for soaking in the tranquil surroundings. The property also offers direct shoreline and lake access for kayaking and swimming (at your own risk), with Hickory Creek Marina just minutes away for easy boat access. The home is pet-friendly; however, dogs should not be left outside unattended, as the property is home to local wildlife.

Guests will be provided a gate code and unique door code to access the property. All check in information is automatically sent 48 hours in advance of the check in time.

Interaction With Guests

We live near by and are here to assist with anything you need. Generally the best way to contact us is through your booking app between 8 am and 6 pm. Please only use the contact information inside the home in case of emergency after hours.

Neighborhood

The Hickory Creek area of Beaver Lake is a quiet and peaceful part of the lake. The 50-acre property offers a secluded and private setting, with one additional home on the land, occupied by the owners. The property is home to local wildlife so please keep doors to the home closed at all times. The home is located at the end of a half-mile concrete driveway, which is plowed as soon as possible during the winter months.

Transit

While the home feels remote and private, it’s still conveniently located near Northwest Arkansas attractions. A short drive brings you to hiking and biking trails, restaurants, breweries, and local amenities. Hickory Creek Marina is just minutes away for boat access, and nearby towns make it easy to explore the region while returning to a quiet lakeside setting.

This place was even more amazing than the pictures! Everything was spotless clean. Fully stocked with everything you could ever need with upscale everything. The solid rock floors are beautiful and the bed was very comfortable The cabin is very secluded but not far from town. We saw deer, birds, and lots of animals! Perfect private fishing spot right down the hill. We will be back in the fall when the leaves are changing. Everytime you look out the huge windows in the living room there is more beauty than the first time you looked. Its a beautiful place!! I cant wait for our next trip.

The house was exactly as described and pictured. Very secluded with gated entrance. Great view of the lake from the living room. Very calm cove with few houses on either side. You can access the lake from a separate walkway. The house is elevated above the lake, so it’s a bit steep to the lake. We were only booked for a quick visit, and had to cut short due to dog emergency back home. Luke was great with communication before our stay, and when we had to depart early. Bed was firm but comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout our entire trip, making check-in and check-out completely seamless. The location was perfect; secluded with great views, walkable access to the lake, and dog friendly. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and would absolutely love to stay here again!

The house is beautiful with great views of the lake and there is lake access with a short walk down a now defunct boat ramp on the property. If you’re planning to spend any time outdoors, bring bug spray, because the biting insects are vicious. Also, if you have small children or pets, beware that there is a fairly large drop off from the back of the yard to the lake below. The property feels very remote with gated access, so if you’re looking for complete privacy, this is the place for you. It’s about a 15 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. We did experience some connectivity issues with the WiFi and the A/C is VERY loud while running, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, quiet stay away from home.

We had a great time at the beautiful property. It was pretty hot while we were there so we spent quite a bit of time on the water. I think it would be really beautiful to stay out there in the fall. We had a wonderful time!

We loved spending the week here - it was a perfect balance of secluded, natural surroundings and a short distance for a jaunt into any of the NWA towns for food or activities. The architectural history, direct lake access, and gorgeous sunsets over the water will have us visiting again sometime soon!
