Enter Ridgeline Retreat via the front door keypad programmed with a unique code. Step inside to experience its open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining and kitchen spaces. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances as well as a selection of cookware, dishware, utensils and small appliances, including a coffeemaker with Keurig. Start your day with a piping-hot cup of our complimentary coffee. Settle into the oversized sofa or curl up in the reading chair and stream your favorite entertainment options on the television in the living room. Spend a tranquil evening on the spacious back patio that includes a new hot tub situated just steps away from a trail leading to a rustic firepit. Adjacent to the living room is the stylishly decorated Primary Suite, where the luxurious king- sized bed is wrapped in fresh linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The suite also features ample storage and a private bathroom with a double vanity, free-standing soaking tub and a low-entry shower. Opposite the primary suite is Bedroom Two, featuring a pair of comfortable beds with twin mattresses. Meanwhile, Bedroom Three is a thoughtfully configured office space that includes a dedicated workspace and monitor. Coupled with the room’s two pull-out sofa beds, this makes Ridgeline Retreat ideal for extended stays as remote work is easy to do with our highspeed WiFi. As in the primary suite bathroom, the home’s second bathroom – featuring a single vanity and a shower/tub combination - is outfitted with essential items including towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash as well as a hair dryer. If you are here to enjoy the hundreds of miles of premier mountain biking trails then Ridgeline Retreat has you covered. The garage has plenty of bike storage along with a workbench, tools and maintenance necessities to keep you riding for days. After the ride use the outdoor bike wash station and cleaning supplies to get you ready for the next days adventures.

The Back 40 trail system runs directly through the rear of the property, affording access to the adventure-filled Tunnel Vision Trail. Meanwhile, Tanyard Creek Nature Trail is a short, two-minute ride away while Huntley Gravity Zone is a mere four miles away. Enjoy quick drives to places like Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, The Momentary contemporary art space, 8 th Street Market community-focused food hub, the Bentonville Square and more! Getting around Ridgeline Retreat is readily accessible via driving and biking. Uber and Lyft also service the area.

Luke’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway! It was private, the place came with a lovely neighbor who was extremely kind and helpful. Luke was proactive throughout the stay and responsive. The place was very clean and inviting! There were thoughtful amenities like a laundry pod, wine kit, blender, speaker, etc.! Best Airbnb I’ve so far!

Loved that the waterfall was a short 1-mile hike from the back yard. Our kids could have spent the whole day at the falls. Luke even easily accommodated our 80 lb Rhodesian Ridgeback. It was so nice not having to travel with a kennel. Large dog bowls and pet waste bags at the home. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood!

Ridgeline Retreat provided my husband and me with the perfect spot to work and play in Bella Vista. We came here to ride the MTB trails and they did not disappoint! The home’s location right off the Tunnel Vision loop was ideal. The house was perfect for us and our adventure cat. We felt comfortable letting him roam outside during the day — and he even made a few feline friends. The home is also close to grocery stores and the kitchen was fairly well equipped to cook most meals. I appreciated the stash of spices, sugar, etc made available to guests. One bedroom has a desk, which came in handy for remote work. In all, a lovely quiet place to rest and recreate!

I came to Luke’s place for a speaking event. I’ve never been to the area and WOW! First of all, he is directly situated on the trail system with access to Tunnel Vision and Lago Vista trails, about a 10m walk to a waterfall and lake. I mean absolutely heaven on earth! Bring your bike! There are tons of things to do. We explored caves in the area, trails, spent some time boating, and exploring several flea markets around. We will definitely be back. It was wonderful in the summer but I bet it’s gorgeous in the fall.

This was our 2nd time to stay! And we will be back. We love the location and the access to trails! If you are in town to ride the new Bike Park, it is basically 5 mins away. Enjoy!
