Enter Ridgeline Retreat via the front door keypad programmed with a unique code. Step inside to experience its open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining and kitchen spaces. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances as well as a selection of cookware, dishware, utensils and small appliances, including a coffeemaker with Keurig. Start your day with a piping-hot cup of our complimentary coffee. Settle into the oversized sofa or curl up in the reading chair and stream your favorite entertainment options on the television in the living room. Spend a tranquil evening on the spacious back patio that includes a new hot tub situated just steps away from a trail leading to a rustic firepit. Adjacent to the living room is the stylishly decorated Primary Suite, where the luxurious king- sized bed is wrapped in fresh linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The suite also features ample storage and a private bathroom with a double vanity, free-standing soaking tub and a low-entry shower. Opposite the primary suite is Bedroom Two, featuring a pair of comfortable beds with twin mattresses. Meanwhile, Bedroom Three is a thoughtfully configured office space that includes a dedicated workspace and monitor. Coupled with the room’s two pull-out sofa beds, this makes Ridgeline Retreat ideal for extended stays as remote work is easy to do with our highspeed WiFi. As in the primary suite bathroom, the home’s second bathroom – featuring a single vanity and a shower/tub combination - is outfitted with essential items including towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body wash as well as a hair dryer. If you are here to enjoy the hundreds of miles of premier mountain biking trails then Ridgeline Retreat has you covered. The garage has plenty of bike storage along with a workbench, tools and maintenance necessities to keep you riding for days. After the ride use the outdoor bike wash station and cleaning supplies to get you ready for the next days adventures.

Bella Vista, Arkansas, United States Situated on a quiet circle in the heart of Bella Vista, Ridgeline Retreat is conveniently located just minutes from Highway 71, making it easily accessible to the numerous attractions in nearby Bentonville and the greater Northwest Arkansas area. The Back 40 trail system runs directly through the rear of the property, affording access to the adventure-filled Tunnel Vision Trail. Meanwhile, Tanyard Creek Nature Trail is a short, two-minute ride away while Huntley Gravity Zone is a mere four miles away. Enjoy quick drives to places like Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, The Momentary contemporary art space, 8 th Street Market community-focused food hub, the Bentonville Square and more! Getting around Ridgeline Retreat is readily accessible via driving and biking. Uber and Lyft also service the area.

This home was wonderful. We stayed during spring break. The area is peaceful, and backs up to one of the many local mountain bike trails. You are a 15 minute walk to the local scenic water fall. The home itself was super clean and very easy to make yourself at home. It had everything we needed. The home was in a great location. The area is filled with plenty of things to do with everything being within a 5-20 mins away. The hot tube was clean and worked well. Fire pit and chairs was nice to relax around, and the deck had nice views and was peaceful to read on. The garage was able to fit my full sized truck, and there were plenty of bike tools supplied should you need them. The beds were comfortable, the house had good water pressure, and the coffee k-cups provided were a nice touch. When we come back to the area, we will be trying to say here again.

This house is newly remodeled and very nicely done. Very clean and cozy. Enjoyed the powerful shower head and hot tub (although it was so cold we could only sit in it 10 minutes because the heat escaped too quickly). We were able to bring our dog which is always a perk to not have to leave her at home! Would defiantly stay here again!

The well situated location of this place let us experience and explore everything the area has to offer! The open kitchen/living space and the hot tub outside were a big highlight too. We had a great stay and can highly recommend it!
