This describes how Bentonville Lodging Co handles information submitted through this website. In short: when you book a stay, your information goes directly to Guesty - the platform that manages our reservations and payments - and we don't keep a copy of it ourselves.
Effective September 2026
When you check availability and book a stay through this site, we ask for your first name, last name, email address, and phone number, along with your stay dates and payment details. This is the same information any short-term rental booking requires to create and manage your reservation.
This website doesn't run its own reservation system. Every booking on this site is created directly through Guesty, Inc., the property management platform we use to handle all of our reservations, guest communication, and payments. When you submit a booking, your name, contact information, and stay details are sent directly from this website to Guesty's systems via their booking API - the same infrastructure that powers direct bookings for thousands of vacation rental hosts.
Because Guesty is the party that actually receives, processes, and retains this information, Guesty's own Privacy Policy governs how your data is handled from that point forward - including how long it's retained, who at Guesty can access it, and your rights regarding it. Card payments are handled through GuestyPay, Guesty's own payment processing service. Your card details are entered directly into a secure payment form hosted by Guesty - they never pass through or touch our website's own servers. We do not see, process, or store your card number, expiration date, or security code at any point.
We do not maintain a database of guest information. This website has no guest account system, no booking history log, and no customer database of its own. Once your booking information is transmitted to Guesty to create your reservation, it does not remain anywhere in our own systems.
Our website's infrastructure retains a small amount of technical data required for the site to operate properly. This does not include any personal or guest information - no personal information is stored on Bentonville Lodging Co's own databases.
If you're a property owner and submit an inquiry through our Management page, that's a separate form from the booking flow described above. Those submissions (your name, email, phone, property location, and message) are received and stored through our website hosting provider, Netlify, so our team can respond to you directly. This is the one form on this site where we do retain the information you submit, for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry.
This site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we'll update this policy to reflect that.
This site is served entirely over HTTPS. Payment handling follows Guesty's PCI-compliant infrastructure rather than our own, which is why we intentionally never receive raw card data in the first place - the most effective way to protect it is to not hold it at all.
Since your booking information is held by Guesty rather than us, requests to access, correct, or delete reservation data are best directed to Guesty directly, or to us at the contact below and we'll help route it appropriately. For property management inquiries stored with us, contact us any time to have that information removed.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
